US News has come out with its new college rankings, and as much as they can be controversial, I am glad to say that the University of Pennsylvania is now located (alone) as the number 4 school in the nation. So feel free to join me in singing "The Red and The Blue" if you feel so inclined:Come all ye loyal classmen now

For the Royal Red and Blue
Fair Harvard has her crimson
Old Yale her colors too,
But for dear Pennsylvania
